NFL Picks Week 16 – Rex Ryan’s FOOTball obsession?

As a strong contender in my NFL survivor pool at work, and winner of last years pool, I feel I am HIGHLY qualified to pick my favs in the NFL for Week 16.

Chicago Bears (-1) over N.Y. Jets

The Jets are coming off a big win over Pittsburgh no doubt re-juicing Rex Ryan’s ego for the Bears match up this week.  Unfortunately, the Jets have only scored a combined 31 points in the last three games.  This lack of offensive fire power and a cold Soldier Field advantage will help the Bears edge out the win.  Don’t forget to ask Rex for a foot massage at the post-game press conference! You kinky SOB, you.

If you haven’t seen it here is Rex Ryan pulling over his wife’s feet…sniff sniff

Tampa Bay Bucs (-6) over Seattle Seahawks

Do the Seahawks ever win on the road??  Wait, they beat the Bears by 3 in Chicago earlier this year…MEANINGLESS.  This could be at least a two TD blowout even though the Bucs are banged up.

The best thing the Seahawks have going is QB Hasselbeck’s brother’s wife…that’s sad.

San Diego Chargers (-7) over Cincinnati Bengals

If the charges can win these last two road games (opposing teams have 6 combined wins), they’ll be 10-6 and looking to sneak in to the AFC playoff picture.  They need one loss from the Chiefs and they’re golden.  The Bengals are in complete disarray this year and just lost T.O. for the remainder of the season.  Don’t expect Marvin Lewis at the helm next year.  As much as I hate Phillip Rivers, this commercial is damn funny.
